About the Role

As a key member of our Global Clinical Development team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and development of our Clinical Operations function in EMEA. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality FSP projects and programs within cost, time, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in EMEA
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver FSP projects and programs
  • Partner with colleagues in the wider Global Clinical Development team to build and deliver creative and customized solutions for CRG's clients
  • Maintain compliance with all organization policies, SOPs, ICH-GCP, regulatory, and project-specific requirements
  • Develop and elevate the leadership skills of the 1st and 2nd level People Manager team within Global Clinical Operations
