Role Profile

Growth Marketing Director

Location: Madrid, Spain

We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director to lead our digitally centric acquisition and retention marketing strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digitally centric acquisition and retention marketing strategies
  • Lead the creation of brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of profitable, CAC efficient digital acquisition and retention multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and relevant KPIs
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry
  • Fintech experience is a strong plus; alternatively, experience in highly competitive subscription verticals
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital lifecycle marketing growth levers, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email, and social media
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
