Key Responsibilities:
- Process Characterization and Innovation: Lead the development of advanced mechatronics workbenches and tools, and engage in hands-on R&D for developing complex industrial machinery.
- Design and Development: Design and develop complex industrial machinery, including mechatronics workbenches and tools, and lead the design and IP generation of complex AM processes.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a 'we're all in the same boat' approach to project execution.
- Innovation and Risk-Taking: Embrace a 'Champion's mindset' to explore innovative ideas, take controlled risks, and seek opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on R&D and/or industrial machinery.
- Skills: Strong hands-on experience with a thoughtful and analytical approach to problem-solving, proficiency in CAD and Simulation tools, and excellent communication and team management skills.
