About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, Barcelona. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products, taking into account industrial policy, existing standards, and project constraints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to ensure seamless integration and efficient production.
  • Estimate manufacturing workload and identify critical process steps for detailed Process FMEA and full FAR/FAI.
  • Participate in product design and co-engineering, using appropriate methodologies, to ensure manufacturability and efficiency.
  • Develop specifications for industrial means and validate product design and industrialization through FAR and FAI.
  • Support production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets and industrialize retrofit after engineering changes.
Requirements
  • Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Organization.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or assimilated), French would be an asset.
