Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading analytics efforts for our international marketing paid strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business value through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies for our international markets
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Affiliate Marketing teams to accelerate customer acquisition through third-party partnerships
  • Drive advancements in our local market ignition program, modeling upside in marketplace efficiency as nascent geographies are scaled towards efficient, mature markets
  • Level up the entire analytics organization by improving statistical rigor, experimentation throughput, modeling expertise, and mentoring less senior analysts on the team
Requirements
  • At least 6 years of experience working cross-functionally with complex datasets to support organizational decision-making
  • Fluency in SQL and experience with either Python or R
  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and expertise in statistical analysis
  • Substantial experience processing large data sets at scale
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional business partners to define business problems, scope project deliverables/timelines, implement reporting solutions, and frame organizational strategy
