About the Role

Dow Jones is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to drive the implementation of our data governance framework and ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility. As a key member of our Technology team, you will oversee the implementation of our new data catalog tool and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain governance standards around data lineage, quality management, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with data owners, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and consistent data definitions and standards.
  • Monitor, identify, and remediate data risks and issues within workstreams.
