Funcions del Lloc de Treball
  • Desenvolupament i actualització de polítiques i procediments interns.
  • Seguiment del pla d'acció anual i autoavaluacions.
  • Formació i capacitat dels treballadors sobre les polítiques i procediments.
  • Implementació de programes de compliment de polítiques i procediments.
  • Establir mecanismes de monitoratge i auditoria per avaluar el compliment normatiu de l'organització.
  • Gestió de riscos.
  • Reportar a direcció sobre el compliment normatiu de l'organització.
  • Manteniment i actualització del canal de denúncies.
  • Col·laborar amb els nostres assessors legals.
  • Participar en programes i formacions de desenvolupament professional relacionat amb el compliment normatiu.
Requisits del Lloc de Treball
  • Formació: Grau en Dret, ADE o similar.
  • Valorable: Màster en Compliance o Certificats Oficials.
  • Experiència: Mínim 5 anys.
  • Coneixement de: Normes i Regulacions.
  • Capacitat analítica i habilitats de comunicació.
  • Ofimàtica: Word i Excel.
