Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead SAP FICO Consultant to join our innovative team at EPAM. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in logistics and a solid understanding of accounting-based COPA. Key Responsibilities

  • Focus on critical functional areas including: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Taxation.
  • Manage parallel accounting according to various principles (IFRS/Local).
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Conduct Group Consolidation Reporting and Bank Accounting (including integration).
  • Handle Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Internal Orders.
  • Execute data migration using LSMW and manage IDocs.
  • Perform process evaluation and requirements analysis.
  • Engage in configuration, functional design, and development tasks.
  • Prepare training materials and support business testing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SAP Group Reporting.
  • Strong background in SAP FICO, including design, build, testing, cutover, and post-GL support.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting-based COPA.
  • Familiarity with general FI topics alongside CFIN experience.
  • Experience in three-part systems integration.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrated SAP project experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Logistics experience is essential.
  • Excellent research capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • Knowledge of ICMR.
  • General experience with S/4 CFIN.
