The Design Team

We are a distributed team of 32 designers with diverse skills and expertise. Our team is divided into three main areas: Product Design, Core Design, and Marketing Design. We work closely with user research and data teams to create well-designed and well-executed experiences.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our Marketing Design vertical. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for evolving the visual expression of our website, iterating and evolving our site, and supporting stakeholders. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Designing and coding new product acquisition and awareness pages
  • Evolving the design of our website, including corporate, PR, and legal sections
  • Supporting Communications by redesigning and coding transactional and marketing email templates
  • Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback
  • Being a design ambassador and helping to grow the design culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in web design
  • A solid design process, from problem understanding to final handoff
  • Sensitivity, elegance, and visual consistency
  • Narrative ability to communicate your work
  • User-centered and data-informed design process with business impact
  • Strong knowledge of web design constraints, HTML, and CSS
  • A portfolio that showcases your talent in designing digital products
