- Develop and maintain expertise in advanced analytics methodologies, tools, and technologies, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
- Communicate complex analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, using clear and concise language.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our analytics capabilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality analytical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikSense.
