About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team at Blu Selection. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of our company's financial planning and analysis strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operations and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present business cases to senior leaders, providing insights and ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to optimize financial planning and analysis processes
  • Own the budget and forecast process for operations streams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills, with additional European language skills a plus
  • Relevant degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with various stakeholders at different levels
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills, with knowledge of Power BI a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
