Job Summary:

ZF Group is seeking a highly skilled Lean Promotion Officer to join our Production Friction Materials Group team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement and implementing Lean principles across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize production processes to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
  • Implement Lean culture by empowering employees and promoting Lean thinking
  • Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on Lean principles and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and share best practices
  • Network with global specialists to stay up-to-date on the latest Lean methodologies and tools

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Lean Tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, TPS) and manufacturing principles
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • English language competency (spoken and written)
