Travel Coordinator - Spaintop

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Travel Coordinator to join our team at Spaintop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing leisure trips for individuals, families, or groups, taking into account all the details to be considered, such as hotels, flights, transport, and leisure and cultural activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and organize detailed travel itineraries according to client preferences, quoting requested services and carrying out all trip operations until the end of the trip.
  2. Issue air tickets, hotel reservations, and entrances directly with suppliers or through specialized reservation systems.
  3. Direct treatment and contracting of trips with agencies, direct clients, and suppliers to specify the detail of requested services.
  4. Request and handle client and travel agency payments in coordination with the accounting department.

Requirements:

  1. Person with a degree preferably in Travel or Tourism Agencies, or studying the last year of the specialty.
  2. Very high level of oral and written English (minimum C1 level).
  3. Knowledge of basic computer programs: email, internet, spreadsheets, databases, etc.
  4. Communicative person: communicate clearly orally and in writing with the client.
  5. Ability to work in a team.
  6. Organized person: planning of itineraries and carrying out simultaneous tasks in a fast and efficient way.
  7. Empathetic, with initiative and responsiveness in conflict resolution.
  8. Enthusiastic, committed, and eager to learn and develop in the world of travel agencies.
