Paid Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Manager to join our Spain Team at Docplanner. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing the B2B data-driven paid marketing strategy focused on doctors and medical clinics for prospecting and lead generation in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute paid marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with content specialists and graphic designers to create high-converting landing pages.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, continuously maximizing marketing investment and finding new ways to expand and scale campaigns.
- Communicate project status and results to stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
- 4+ years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in international, high-growth environments or performance agencies.
- Proven track record of managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies with a direct impact on company revenue.
- Advanced knowledge of paid social and Google Ads optimization techniques, targeting strategies, and channel-specific metrics and KPIs.
- Landing page optimization experience and data-driven analytical thinking.
- Native Spanish and outstanding English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
