Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading the food and beverage operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Supervise daily food and beverage shift operations, ensuring compliance with hotel policies, standards, and procedures.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies to drive revenue growth, improve guest satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the F&B administrative team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Ensure seamless communication with other departments, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance, to provide exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, comments, and complaints, and implement corrective actions to improve service quality.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a 4-5-star hotel or restaurant.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in computer accounting programs, math skills, and budgetary analysis capabilities.
