Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Coordinator to join our team. This role requires a strong technical background and exceptional organizational skills. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the CTO, managing engineering projects, and optimizing operational processes.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Team Coordination and Accountability: Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering teams. Implement processes to monitor team performance and ensure accountability for project tasks.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and optimize engineering processes to improve efficiency and productivity. Assist in the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strategic Support: Support the CTO in strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or Management Training is a plus.
