Digital Marketing Manager

Cátenon Worldwide Executive Search is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing the growth strategy for our client in digital marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage top-performing B2B paid media programs across SEM, Display, affiliate, and social advertising.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define the lead management process and implement end-to-end lead to revenue reporting.
  • Develop and execute a creative multichannel digital and brand seeding strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Design, launch, and execute an effective thought leadership webinar program to establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy to engage with target audiences and drive brand awareness.
  • Work closely with the web agency, content, and product marketing manager to create a highly optimized website aligned to buyer personas and journeys.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on digital measurements and analytics.
  • Experience in optimizing websites from branding and demand creation objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Spanish.
