Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at Powens. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing our information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity plan to protect our information systems and data.
- Ensure the security of our systems and data by continuously monitoring and improving our security standards.
- Collaborate with our technical teams to ensure the security by design of our products and services.
- Act as the security ambassador for our organization, working closely with our teams and management to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Maintain our ISO 27001 certification and ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information systems security, preferably in a technical role such as auditor or security analyst.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish and/or French a plus.
- Experience in managing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) and knowledge of security best practices and ISO 27001 requirements.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to clearly communicate security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the fintech or payment industry a plus.
