**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Administration Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our general accounting, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and developing internal administrative and accounting procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the company's general accounting, including Spanish GAAP and IFRS reporting
  • Develop and implement internal administrative and accounting procedures
  • Manage customer and supplier accounts
  • Manage the tax area, including treasury management and reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Perform monthly and annual closing of accounts and draw up official books
  • Manage and motivate a team under your responsibility
  • Manage auditing processes

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration and Management or similar
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in an international company, preferably in the energy sector
  • Experience in a matrix organization and team management
  • Accounting knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP
  • Extensive experience with SAP and Excel
  • Knowledge of taxation
  • High level of English (C1)
