As part of the Billing department, you will be supervising a team of 15+ people.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage the team to ensure business continuity: workload optimization, recruiting, backfilling (holidays, sick leave, etc.), retention, engagement & performance.
- Manage the full invoicing cycle from invoice request to accurate bills.
- Ensure revenue is recognized as per corporate rules.
- Monitor closing activities.
- Manage escalation with internal and external customers to support business processes.
- Report on activity and performance to different stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement for your market and in collaboration with the other managers.
- Participate in broader company or department initiatives.

Primary Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 7 people.
- Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practice in an international environment & across different organizations/regions.
- Good negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives.
- Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach.
- Customer focus.
- Fluent and professional English is a must; any other European language is highly valued.
- Experience in a multinational environment.
