What We Are Looking For

The Strategic Consultant / Senior Strategic Consultant / Consultant Role

We are currently recruiting experienced professionals for our Madrid office. We are looking for motivated, creative, and persevering candidates with strong analytical skills, a developed quantitative mindset, and an appreciation of teamwork. An excellent command of English and Spanish is required. A good level in another European language is an additional asset.

You will join L.E.K. as a Strategic Consultant or Senior Strategic Consultant. The SC or S.S.C. is responsible for the modelling and/or management of a stand-alone module.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for analytical module
  • Conducting primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, and customers
  • Performing rigorous analysis to pinpoint appropriate, practical recommendations for clients
  • Collaborating with team members to transform research and analysis into thoughtful insights that deliver maximum impact for clients
  • Increasing levels of project management responsibility as experience grows
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, additional languages are advantageous
