About the Role

The Group Head, Global Aggregate Reports Risk Management, leads a team of Senior Global Risk Management Plan Managers, Senior Medical Writers, and ARRM Analysts in developing robust and feasible Risk Management Plan strategies and Aggregate Reports for high-priority products/therapies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timely delivery of high-quality Risk Management Plans and Aggregate Reports
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure proper prioritization of programs and resource allocation
  • Alignment of support provided by Global (Sr) RMP Managers, (Sr) Medical Writers, and ARRM Analysts with business rules, regulatory guidelines, and company SOPs
  • Recruitment, development, and retention of (Sr) Global RMP Managers, (Sr) Medical Writers, and ARRM Analysts
  • Development and implementation of an onboarding program for new hires
  • Operational and strategic guidance on RMP processes, policies, templates, and training
  • Responsible for ARRM team objectives, development plans, and ongoing feedback on performance of direct reports
Requirements
  • Scientific degree required
  • Life sciences degree desirable
  • Advanced degree (Masters, MD, PharmD, or PhD) required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
