The Associate Role

L.E.K.'s Associate role offers exposure to multiple industry sectors and a wide variety of commercial challenges. This allows you to apply your technical bioscience background within the business environment. The nature and pace of L.E.K.'s strategic work facilitates the rapid development of a highly analytical skill-set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support client engagements
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop strategic recommendations for clients
  • Perform rigorous analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
