Role Overview: In this position, the Transformation Solutions Manager will collaborate with senior business and functional leaders, as well as working groups, to provide strategic direction and identify practical, innovative, and digital solutions. You will utilize your analytical, process-oriented, and technical expertise to develop automation solutions. Your role will also involve coaching business leaders throughout the organization to spearhead process enhancement and automation initiatives across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in Business Solutioning and Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with the Business Owner to establish core product vision, objectives, functionalities, and requirements
  • Build consensus on priorities to create a shared vision leading to effective product execution with the product owner
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including feature backlogs and product documentation in partnership with the product owner
  • Promote Lean Management principles and facilitate the transition to Agile Development methodologies
  • Assist in the implementation and production of process automation
  • Support the integration of agile and machine learning capabilities in line with Chubb standards
  • Engage relevant internal and external resources to apply process automation best practices for successful solution delivery
  • Aid in establishing program standards for effective delivery that meets Time, Quality, Budget, and LOB requirements
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the Digital / Process Automation framework and monitor its adoption across the organization
  • Actively participate in the Transformation Excellence team, developing best practice guidelines and training materials
  • Foster continuous improvement of automation frameworks, technologies, and knowledge by sharing insights, building standards, and capturing lessons learned

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in transformation initiatives, ideally within a global corporate environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital/business process engineering and business analysis within financial services or insurance consulting
  • Successful track record in major automation and digital transformation projects, focusing on both revenue and cost improvements
  • In-depth understanding of various automation methods, including robotic process automation, intelligent scanning, virtual process management, and artificial intelligence
  • Familiarity with Business Value Chain and Opportunity assessment techniques
  • Strong knowledge of digital technologies, machine learning, robotics, chatbots, BPM, and other automation-centric technologies
  • Emphasis on user-centered product design and data-driven product refinement
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred
  • Preferred certification as a Green Belt Process Engineer or equivalent qualification
  • Project Management certification and Agile experience
  • Innovative mindset with strong business and market acumen
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
