About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transportation Specialist to join our Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient transportation of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve delivery performance issues, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.
- Report Generation: Produce and deliver reports on key delivery metrics, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach team members to develop new skills and improve performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve processes to identify areas for innovation and efficiency gains.
A Day in the Life:
As a Transportation Specialist, you will be responsible for making real-time decisions to resolve delivery performance issues, ensuring our customers receive their products on time. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to manage the unique challenges of the transportation team.
About the Team:
Our Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. team plays a critical role in our success, using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology. We capture data to drive decisions and prioritize safety, using the expertise of our people to get products to their destination quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.
Requirements:
