Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Scheduler to join our team at Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. in a key role that will play a crucial part in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of parcels to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis: Leverage large amounts of data to drive actions in coordination with multiple teams, including Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, and Ground Transportation, to improve our customers' experience.
- Project Execution: Execute projects/initiatives that improve our customers' experience by ensuring timely delivery.
- Root Cause Analysis: Drive root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to keep improving our day-to-day operations.
Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) looks after heavy items like furniture and large home appliances. Our team manages the entire service, from supply chain fulfillment to delivery and returns. What sets this service apart from others is the extra level of customer care. Not only do we deliver large items, but we unpack, assemble, and install them, and take away old items where needed.
Requirements- Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
- Technical Skills: Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication Skills: Relevant experience in communicating with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Experience in assessing operating processes and outcomes quantitatively and qualitatively.
