Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in the planning, organization, and execution of various marketing activities. This includes implementing effective marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility and occupancy, coordinating projects with digital marketing agencies, and collaborating with the operational and sales team to create attractive promotions and special packages.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel visibility and occupancy.

Project Coordination

Coordinate projects with digital marketing agencies, including SEO, SEM, and social media.

Collaboration and Communication

Collaborate with the operational and sales team to create attractive promotions and special packages.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to optimize future strategies.

Media Relations and Communications

Maintain media relations and manage the hotel's external communications.

Event Participation

Participate in events to promote the Kimpton Vividora brand.

Content Creation

Write newsletters and manage the database.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field.

Experience

Previous marketing experience, preferably in the hotel or luxury sector.

Skills

Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and data analysis, excellent communication skills, and ability to work as part of a team.

Language

Must be fluent in local language and English; additional languages will be highly valuable.
