About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team in Barcelona. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Manage non-conformities detected at production, from initial analysis to reimbursement of rejected parts
  • Coordinate repairs of non-conform material with production and suppliers
  • Use SAP to make internal material movements and coordinate urgencies with the logistic NCR team
  • Launch required reimbursements to secure production in the minimum time possible
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluent communication with other teams, including production, warehouse, and non-conformity teams
  • Reactivity and ability to prioritize and manage urgencies
  • Analytical skills and experience with quality management (8d reports, quality reports)
  • Experience with SAP (internal material movements) and specifications and drawings
