Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team at Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure in AWS and private cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Cloud Infrastructure Administration: Administer and manage our cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
  2. Technical Guidance and Education: Provide technical guidance and education to team members on best practices in operations, including infrastructure as code, automation, and security.
  3. Monitoring and Observability: Monitor metrics and provide observability to our infrastructure components, performing security audits and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Automation and Deployment: Define and implement automation processes for deployment tasks, owning the deployment process to both internal and production environments.
  5. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, educating development teams on DevOps transformation and ensuring seamless integration with our infrastructure.
  6. Process Improvement: Update DevOps processes for environment management, including infrastructure, platform, and application lifecycle, and develop and document administration standards and procedures.
  7. Support and On-Call Duty: Provide round-the-clock third-line support of production environments, as part of a rotating on-call duty.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2+ years' experience as DevOps or equivalent.
  2. Technical Skills: Strong experience with Linux-based infrastructures and AWS Cloud, knowledge of infrastructure as code best practices and tooling like Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  3. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
