About the Role

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central SME, you will be an integral part of the IT Global HR Portfolio Team, supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other Global HR Systems. Your primary responsibilities will involve contributing to and advising on the implementation and evolution of our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, as well as other Global HR SAAS applications.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Global and local HR teams to implement, maintain, and enhance SuccessFactors Employee Central functionality and capability within the goals of the Global HR Systems Portfolio and underlying Zurich's IT strategy.
  2. Support the Portfolio Manager in building the roadmap for Global HR Systems, focusing especially on Employee Central, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan.
  3. Work with our Implementation Partner and Applications Support team to ensure overall SF system administration for implemented modules, including support, review, and validation of documentation and technical specifications, impact analysis across the landscape, supervision of implementation of change requests, and prompt resolution of system defects.
  4. Participate in implementation projects for new SuccessFactors modules and functionalities, ensuring IT deliverables are clearly articulated and deployed, and perform quality review checks on project IT deliverables, including system configuration, role-based permissions, integrations, data, and system security assessments.
  5. Work with suppliers and HR teams to implement SAP releases and updates, ensuring that the implementation of such updates is understood by the HR team, and make recommendations for application and integrations improvements, and eventually for application de-commissioning.
  6. Act as a liaison between CoEs, Global HR, and IT for your area of responsibility.
  7. Mentor lower-level colleagues.
About You

As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably with an IT background, and 5 or more years of relevant experience implementing, supporting, and evolving SuccessFactors systems for multinational organizations.
  2. Very high knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and other modules such as Compensation, Opportunities Marketplace, Onboarding, Recruiting, Performance and Goals, and Talent & Development.
  3. Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise HR technologies (SAP HCM, ServiceNow) and with other non-HR corporate applications, and experience with SAP Cloud Platform integrations is a plus.
  4. Result and service-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of driving things forward in challenging situations.
  5. Several years of working experience in a multicultural environment with virtual teams, high intercultural awareness, real team player, and open-minded attitude.
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (further languages are an asset).
