We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at DNV, a leading provider of digital solutions for the renewable energy industry. As a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the product strategy and vision for our wind asset management platform.
Key Responsibilities- Define and drive the product's wind vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional departments.
- Execute projects that support the roadmap, gathering insights from customers and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, data analysts, and others to ensure that our product delivers an amazing experience for our users.
- Define strategy and discover customer needs and problems that can be solved through our products.
- Understand and add value for our different types of customers by creating a product backlog that reflects the overall product strategy and long-term roadmap.
- Be the face of the product and the trusted partner of the user, communicating results both to internal and external stakeholders and users.
- Foster organizational transparency in product prioritization and engineering efforts.
- Enhance our team's effectiveness by collaborating, sharing best practices, and challenging your colleagues to elevate our product management function.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant field.
- +5 years of experience in wind asset management in the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record in operations, maintenance, performance analysis, and/or monitoring of wind assets.
- Knowledge of business and performance metrics definition and usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English to convey complex themes both internally and externally.
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Agile Product Manager in a SaaS product company.
- Knowledge in digital wind asset performance management tools.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
- Agile Product Owner or Scrum Master certification.
- Desire to learn and understand new concepts or technologies.
- Technical background or strong aptitude for OT/ IT technology.
