Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable applications to manage high volumes of daily requests and data-driven services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Deploy Scalable Applications: Develop and deploy high-performance applications to manage large datasets and data-driven services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest trends in data and marketing technology, including big data tools like Kafka, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Hive, and Spark.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data professionals, marketing managers, and business analysts to develop and assess data-driven features and services.
  • Brainstorm and Implement Creative Solutions: Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Engage in the Complete Development Lifecycle: Participate in the entire development process, including task division, coding, testing, code reviews, and deployments.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Javascript/Typescript and one back-end language (Ruby on Rails or Java experience a plus).
  • Interest in Handling Large Datasets: Strong interest in handling large datasets and developing scalable applications.
  • Ability to Write Clean Code: Ability to write clean, efficient code and refactor applications across different programming environments.
  • Strong Eagerness for Learning: Strong desire to learn and enhance team processes.
  • Effective Team Player: Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
