**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Native Ads Specialist to join our team at International People Solutions B.V. in Barcelona. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Native Ads campaigns using platforms like Taboola and Outbrain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Native Ads strategies to drive performance and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize campaign performance, including traffic management, audience list management, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution and stakeholder management.
- Monitor and analyze campaign pacing and delivery, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain creative assets, including ad copy and visual elements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on digital marketing best practices and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Native Ads for Performance marketing campaigns.
- Proven experience with Taboola and Outbrain platforms.
- Strong understanding of CPA/CPL metrics and their application in Native Ads.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis.
- Solid understanding of media buying metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPL, and eCPM.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets.
