The Team

You will be part of our Internal IT team, working closely with our global IT team to deliver infrastructure, automation, and related IT systems for the business. As a first point of contact for administrative and infrastructure tasks and projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, pragmatic, and team-oriented Senior Cloud System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Internal IT team, you will be responsible for the administration of our global IT infrastructure, spearheading the future of automation within Internal IT, and managing Azure and Entra ID related systems, processes, services, and access rights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of the global IT infrastructure
  • Spearheading the future of automation within Internal IT
  • Management of Azure and Entra ID related systems, processes, services, and access rights
  • Management of Google Cloud Platform, including directory service management and scripting
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Broad knowledge in administering a Windows, Apple, and Linux environment and clients
  • Experience with Azure, including Entra ID, Identity Governance, and Defender
  • Knowledge of APIs, PowerShell scripting, and Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, and Android
  • Microsoft O365 knowledge, including Teams
  • Google Workspace and Cloud Platform knowledge
  • Structured troubleshooting and escalation to vendors
  • Good knowledge in global infrastructure management, automation of processes, virtualization technology, VMWare, and TCP/IP networks
