About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Crm App Specialist to join our team at Storio Group. As a key member of our CRM team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our mobile apps by developing and executing CRM campaigns across push notifications, SMS, and other mobile CRM channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of engaging push notifications, SMS, and other mobile CRM campaigns
  • Manage CRM marketing operations across multiple markets
  • Work closely with the CRM App Lead to optimize campaigns for customer retention and revenue growth
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve future strategies
  • Participate in A/B testing and technical projects to enhance CRM channel performance and scalability
What You'll Bring
  • Experience working with push notifications, SMS, and mobile CRM channels
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign or similar ESPs
  • Creative, proactive mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage projects across multiple markets
