About the Role: Al-Agedi B. C. is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the production unit at our Aroma Essential facility. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will oversee all production activities and ensure the smooth operation of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision: Oversee the entire site operations, ensuring compliance with quality and CSR standards.
• Team Management: Lead the production and maintenance teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Administrative Management: Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, accounting, customs, and shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Production Planning: Coordinate production schedules with teams in Grasse, optimizing production processes and meeting deadlines.
• Supply Chain Management: Supervise procurement and shipment processes, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Quality Control: Conduct manufacturing, dosing, and olfactory control of extracts, ensuring high-quality products.
• Process Development: Develop, optimize, and implement new processes/products in collaboration with teams in Grasse, driving innovation and growth.

Ideal Profile:

• Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and production management.
• Skills: Knowledge of distillation and extraction techniques, proficiency in Windows environment, fluent in written and spoken Spanish, and B2 level English.
• Personal Qualities: Organized, conscientious, rigorous, curious, and creative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
