Job Summary

The ServiceNow Solutions Architect will be part of the Antal International Network's team responsible for deploying, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform across various business units. This role requires a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications, as well as experience in designing, developing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define policy and standards for architecture, integration, and release management
  • Develop and implement tools and methods to enforce and monitor these standards
  • Support the design, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions, employing best practices in architecture, design, development, and deployment
  • Oversee and participate in complex implementations, identifying improvement areas and proposing action plans
  • Liaise with ServiceNow Platform architects and other Center of Excellence (COE) members
  • Mentor and support ServiceNow developers and assist with complex topics
  • Play a pivotal role between internal and external stakeholders, including business stakeholders, developers, functional subject matter experts, ServiceNow consultants, and customers
  • Experience working in a large cross-functional team environment
  • Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, its core features, and how the applications are interconnected
  • Extensive experience with integrations with third-party tools
  • Top-level technical expertise, updated with recent evolutions (UI Builder, Flow Designer)
  • Ability to challenge and be challenged to reach the best implementation solution
  • Proven experience in understanding and capturing business requirements
  • Active ServiceNow certifications
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, co-creation mindset
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness, and ability to influence and convince, as well as rethink and reposition when required
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and weigh different options, balancing business, cost, and technology priorities to identify the best solution
