We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our commercial core business as a Sales Back Office Coordinator.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Managers in ensuring seamless sales administration processes, from order management to logistics and client notifications.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sales administration tasks, including order changes, client notifications, and logistics coordination.
- Oversee and resolve any incidents or issues related to the sales process.
- Ensure accurate data management in our system and handle invoice management.
- Participate in our On-Call System to provide timely support.
- A dynamic and multicultural work environment with 30 nationalities.
- Flexitime and a comfortable work atmosphere.

- Participation in events, meetups, and teambuilding activities.
- Studies in Economics, International Business, or similar.
- Fluency in Spanish and good level of Polish and English.
- Experience in commercial administration and the Fruit & Vegetable sector.
- Excellent handling of Outlook and MS.
- Knowledge in AX or SAP is a plus.
