Estamos buscando un/a Operational Brand Delivery Organizer para unirse a nuestro equipo en Grand Palladium Ibiza Resort & Spa.

En este rol, serás responsable de colaborar en la implementación y fomento de los programas de calidad en todos los niveles del hotel, garantizando la consistencia en nuestros estándares de productos y servicios. Crearás una cultura de seguimiento y mejora continua para incrementar el índice de satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos y externos.

Entre tus funciones principales se encuentran:

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y estándares de marca, así como la excelencia en el servicio.

Desarrollar y contribuir al plan de auditoría interna y externa, realizar las auditorías internas programadas.

Hacer seguimiento de los indicadores propios de la gestión de calidad y realizar reportes.

Supervisar el correcto cumplimiento de las normas, regulaciones y sistema APPCC del hotel e informar sobre ello.

Apoyar al responsable de calidad en la gestión y mantenimiento del sistema documental del hotel, mantener y actualizar la documentación relativa a su ámbito de aplicación en los soportes definidos.

Asistir en la gestión del sistema de gestión de calidad del hotel, revisar, mejorar, actualizar y mantener este sistema dando soporte a los usuarios.

Apoyo a la dirección en el cumplimiento de la normativa interna y de las políticas de Palladium Hotel Group en todos los departamentos del hotel.

Identificar oportunidades para la mejora continua y la innovación, hacer recomendaciones y ofrecer sugerencias para mejorar sistemas y procedimientos actuales.

Asesorar y guiar en materia de calidad y metodologías Lean, dando soporte a diferentes niveles jerárquicos y departamentos en la implementación de la metodología y el uso de herramientas Lean.

Impulsor de buenas prácticas y de la mejora continua.

Figura clave como gestor del cambio, promueve y facilita la adaptación a nuevos procesos y mejoras operativas.

Implementar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de gestión medioambiental.

Requisitos:

¿Qué esperamos de ti?

Estudios de grado.

Experiencia de 1 año.

Inglés nivel medio.

Excel avanzado.

Experiencia de 2 años (deseable).

Certificaciones ISO (deseable).
