We are seeking a highly skilled Solar Project Manager to join our team at Robert Walters Spain. As a key member of our renewable energy division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and schedules for PV projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, technical requirements, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement project strategies and schedules to meet technical and safety standards.
  2. Coordinate supplier and subcontractor selection, ensuring quality and compliance with agreements.
  3. Oversee the construction process to meet technical and safety standards.
  4. Collaborate with local DSOs to connect PV farms to the grid.
  5. Monitor project budgets and adjust for any unforeseen expenses.
  6. Maintain communication with clients and partners, addressing any issues and ensuring positive relationships.
  7. Ensure projects comply with all relevant local, regional, and national regulations.
  8. Optimize workflows to improve project efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in solar project management.
  2. Higher education in engineering, construction, renewable energy, or related fields (preferred).
  3. Knowledge of EPC processes and experience working with international teams.
  4. Experience collaborating with local DSOs.
  5. Strong management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  6. Proficiency in English.
  7. Ability to manage contractors and communicate effectively with senior management.
  8. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
  9. Willingness to travel and meet tight deadlines.
