Job Title: Business Solutions Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Engineer to join our team at UPS. As a Business Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and providing customized solutions for our core and external customers. You will strengthen customer relationships by enabling UPS to be a single source provider of transportation and supply chain related needs and consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Pricing: Support Business Development with the design and pricing (proposal) of a supply chain solution for Healthcare product vertical.
- Logistics and Supply Chain Expertise: Demonstrate a detailed understanding of logistics and supply chain concepts; make recommendations for possible changes to solve supply chain problems on routine accounts.
- Cost Modelling and Financial Analysis: Demonstrate a detailed understanding of Cost Modelling financial concepts and drivers; and P&L components of an account income statements.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with clients to gain clear understanding of requirements for their supply chain and verify data assumptions.
- Project Management: Manage project lifecycles, develop project plans, assign tasks to resources, and ensure affected functions or groups are identified and held accountable.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate Bachelor or Master degree preferably in logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business administration
- Experience: 2-4 years' experience in the Logistics Industry, preferably in the Healthcare sector
- Skills: Experience with PC software packages such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Project, MS-PowerPoint MS-VISIO and MS-Access
- Language: Fluent in English language
- Flexibility: Flexible (in time and place)
- Travel: Ability to travel (occasionally)
