Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled LiveOps Specialist to help deliver a top-class user experience through targeted campaigns. As a key member of our LiveOps team, you'll be responsible for executing LiveOps events and offers, working closely with other teams to ensure error-free execution, and monitoring live events to investigate any issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools.
- Work with other teams to test functionality pre-release to ensure error-free execution.
- Monitor the live events and investigate any issues.
- Manage customer communication channels (in-app messages & push notifications) using relevant segmentation for maximum impact.
- Manage the AB testing setups.
- Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests.
Requirements
- An ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from QA to analytics to art to product.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes.
- An ability to proactively identify risks and make changes when necessary with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Problem-solving skills and an ability to apply logical thinking to encountered issues to find workarounds when necessary.
- A customer-centric approach and passion for improving the player experiences.
- To be detail-oriented with focus on delivering results.
- Good technical skills and ability to use high complexity tools or programs (previous QA, programming or IT experience is desirable).
- An interest in games, particularly mobile games is a plus.
