As a Digital Marketing Expert, your contributions will include:
- Implementing central digital marketing strategies while customizing them to meet local demands.
- Executing localized digital marketing initiatives that align with the overarching global strategy and complement other markets.
- Identifying and pursuing innovative lead generation avenues to foster business expansion.
- Managing and updating content within the CMS to enhance website traffic and optimize conversion rates.
- Contributing to content briefs tailored for specific market segments to ensure effective and targeted communication.
- Conducting website assessments, performance tracking, and KPI reporting, utilizing tools such as PowerBI and GA4 for thorough evaluations.
- Monitoring digital performance against KPIs, generating reports, and making necessary adjustments to meet objectives.
- Designing, executing, and assessing impactful digital marketing campaigns—including newsletters, email marketing, and landing pages—to drive online B2B sales and engagement.
- Performing data analysis and deriving actionable insights using various analytics tools.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing projects.
- Developing and implementing marketing campaigns, focusing on process optimization to enhance customer loyalty.
- Creating and refining email campaigns to boost customer engagement and stimulate lead generation.
- Increasing the B2B online shop quota through the application of effective digital strategies.
- Understanding the needs, objectives, and challenges of our customer segments to tailor marketing efforts for maximum effectiveness.
- Keeping abreast of market trends and integrating relevant insights into marketing strategies.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the Spanish local market.
- The ability to work independently.
