Mechanical Engineer

ATS Automation is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead our project team and drive the development of innovative mechanical solutions.
Main Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Oversee the generation and control of mechanical project components, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Mechanical Design: Develop and implement effective mechanical designs, taking into account customer requirements and industry standards.
- Modification and Upgrade: Modify and upgrade existing machines to meet new customer demands, leveraging expertise in pneumatic and materials knowledge.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential issues and provide swift, agile solutions to ensure project success.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Project Management, Electrical, Software, and Operations.
- Project Objectives: Monitor and ensure the achievement of project goals, including planning, part manufacture, cost control, assembly, and incident resolution.
- Compliance and Protocols: Adhere to established rules and protocols, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Specification Development: Create specifications for machine modifications and after-sales offers, studies, and other related tasks.
- Specification Sheets: Generate specification sheets for modifications to facilitate implementation in field work.
- Effective Design: Develop and implement effective mechanical designs, considering customer requirements and industry standards.
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate project activities with Purchasing, Project Management, Electrical, Software, Operations, and other departments.
- Task Coordination: Oversee the tasks of mechanical support engineers and ensure timely completion.
- Technical Studies: Conduct technical machine studies and comparative studies of different machine options.
- Layout Development: Create machine and installation layouts, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Design Software: Proficiency in 3D program design (Solid Edge, SolidWorks) and AutoCAD.
- Decision-Making: Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Teamwork: Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in IT skills, including software and hardware knowledge.
- Language: B2 English - Upper intermediate level.
- Education: Studies in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in machinery packaging design, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
