Your Mission:
Aftership is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our People team and support our growing organization across North America and Europe. In this role, you will play a key part in driving organizational success while contributing to the development of an inclusive and winning culture. We aim to foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable work environment. As Human Resources Coordinator, you will report directly to the Head of People and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner closely with the North American People Team to execute HR operational processes and administrative tasks.
  2. Act as the go-to person for employees, providing guidance on general policies and offering appropriate resources and feedback.
  3. Conduct research on various topics, including market trends, local laws, benefits, and other project-related tasks.
  4. Ensure accurate maintenance of employee rosters and data collection information.
  5. Support the People team with presentations and documentation preparation.
  6. Exhibit professionalism by handling sensitive information confidentially.
