Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Aerospace Support Specialist in our Logistics and Supply Chain department.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily production routine, working closely with our production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily production monitoring meetings to report on production progress and provide support to adjust daily priorities.
  • Support Work Order Management to ensure timely completion of tasks and minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with the component management team to identify and resolve missing parts and logistics distribution issues.
  • Work closely with other departments to coordinate parasitic flow and outstanding works, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of non-conformities, over-delivery, and lost parts.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and French (negotiation level).
