Position Overview

Your Responsibilities
  • Join our international team within the Service & Support division, concentrating on HR Systems, particularly SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
  • Assist HR Key Users and Business Solutions Experts from various entities within our group by resolving technical issues.
  • Manage, analyze, document, and address incoming support tickets effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal and external development teams as well as specialized departments.
  • Conduct training sessions for local support teams as needed.
  • Focus on the continuous improvement of support processes and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in proactive and reactive problem management to minimize disruptions in HR Systems.
  • Act as the primary contact for application support services.
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in support roles or IT project environments is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Support Ticketing Systems is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SAP HCM is desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
  • A strong motivation to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent analytical skills, a holistic approach to problem-solving, and a passion for process optimization.
  • A collaborative spirit and a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices is a plus.
