About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Holistic Therapist to join our team at BOHO CLUB. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, delivering high-quality treatments, and promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Listen to the needs of individual clients, assess their treatment requirements, and provide personalized advice and treatment plans.
- Treatment Delivery: Provide a range of treatments to clients, including massages, facials, and other holistic therapies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the spa team to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintain a clean and organized environment, and promote a positive team culture.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Stock Management: Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment, and inform management when stock levels are low.
- Training and Development: Participate in and support training and staff meetings, and contribute to the development of a culture of excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, Customer Service representative, or in a related field.
- Language Skills: Professional level English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Personal Qualities: Enthusiasm, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
