Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features and enhancing existing ones to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend website applications, APIs, and manage databases for our e-commerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Frontend Engineers, QA, and UX/UI Designers, to deliver high-quality products.
  • Contribute to best practices and guidelines for software development and help mentor junior developers to improve their skills.
  • Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and deployments to ensure high-quality code delivery.

Requirements

  • Highly motivated, open-minded, and experienced software engineer with a strong understanding of backend development.
  • Proficient in Nodejs and/or Ruby on Rails, with experience in design patterns, hexagonal architectures, and DDD.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills and a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English, as it is the company's working language.
