About The Role
We are in search of a Product Specialist to enhance our Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with clients to comprehend their requirements and demonstrate how Clarity AI's technology-driven solutions can meet those needs effectively.
Your mission will be to build trust in our offerings through a profound understanding of our research methodologies and the regulatory landscape affecting our clients. Success in this role will depend on your ability to leverage product knowledge and exceptional pre-sales capabilities to identify business requirements, showcase how our solutions align with client needs, and deliver tangible value.
The ideal Product Specialist will exhibit outstanding commercial acumen and presentation skills. You will significantly influence product strategy and development by collaborating closely with internal Product and Research teams, and you will represent Clarity AI through webinars and the creation of informative content such as blogs and white papers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with financial services clients to understand their specific needs related to ESG impact, biodiversity, and sustainability data processes. Support sales initiatives through product demonstrations, addressing inquiries, and providing insights on integrating Clarity AI's solutions into their operations.
- Internal Collaboration: Work alongside the sales team in a pre-sales capacity to identify opportunities and create supporting materials, including training presentations and documentation.
- Cross-Functional Synthesis: Represent client needs and priorities to enhance Clarity AI's offerings through collaboration with Product and Research teams.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Engage with clients through various communication channels to clarify Clarity AI's offerings and tailor responses based on client expertise.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of high-quality client engagement processes and documentation.
- Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing learning about sustainability measurement techniques and regulatory developments to provide valuable support to clients.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- Strong interest in biodiversity and environmental sustainability.
- Knowledge of sustainable finance regulations and frameworks.
- Exceptional presentation and client engagement skills.
- Understanding of the financial services ecosystem and sustainable finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Awareness of sustainability challenges across various industries.
- Experience with CRM tools and standard business software.
- Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
- Proficient in English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
